Chrissy is dual Microsoft MVP, a GitHub Star and an AI toolmaker. She is the founder of dbatools, the PowerShell automation module specifically designed for SQL Server DBAs.

In this "Inside IT Automation" episode Heiko has a conversation with Doug Finke. They talk about the success of PowerShell, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Doug's PowerShell modules ImportExcel and PSAI. Doug's also mentioning his upcoming book on OpenAI and PowerShell. 
Doug does a live demo of his PSAI PowerShell module and shows how it helps to interact with OpenAI from PowerShell.
Doug is a long time Microsoft MVP, AI tinkerer, author of "Windows PowerShell for Developers" and a well known figure in the PowerShell community. He has developed the widely used PowerShell module "ImportExcel". Lately he published the module "PSAI". This module integrates with the OpenAI API and lets you easily access the GPT models. Furthermore, he is the organizer of the New York PowerShell User Group.

In this "Inside IT Automation" episode, Heiko talks to Joe Houghes about automating VMware environments with PowerShell and PowerCLI. They also cover the Broadcom takeover and, of course, the use of AI.
Joe is Microsoft MVP, VMware vExpert, Consulting Field Solutions Architect at Pure Storage and International Speaker. He is also co-leader of the Denver PowerShell and VMware User Groups.
Joe believes automation should be a focus for everyone, although it requires in-depth thinking beyond performing a task once, so the result is repeatable and consistent.

Matthew is a Managing Consultant for Quisitive (formerly Catapult Systems) and the lead architect for their managed automation team. He has spent the last 10 years working extensively with PowerShell to help clients of all sizes automate their production workloads. In addition, Matthew is very involved in the PowerShell community, writing blogs, authoring modules, and participating in online forums. He is also the creator of the PowerShell Weekly newsletter, a weekly roundup of thatweek’s PowerShell news. He is the author of the book "Practical Automation with PowerShell".
In our conversation he talks about his IT automation journey, PowerShell stories, why building blocks are important for successful automation, the process of writing a book about PowerShell, Python, AI and more.
